Hi everybody! I know I have been a little MIA on my blog recently. I’ve been putting some fun programs together for you guys so that has kept me a little busy! I am back though, and I plan on being more consistent so that you all can continue to have deliciously healthy recipes along with an expanding education around the areas of health and wellness.

If you struggle with acne and have tried everything from ointments to lotions with no success, I’ve got some answers for you. Acne was never something I experienced throughout high school or college. Sugar- we hear about it, talk about it and love to indulge in it. Many of us consume sugar on a daily basis, unknowingly, in extreme amounts. So what is your favorite blondies recipe? I LOVE sweets, and finding a recipe that doesn’t have a ton of added sugar in it can sometimes be difficult. This blondies recipe is so delightful & rest assured that you can indulge on these beauties without all of the guilt!

I call this dish my ‘cancer fighting’ dish. From the garlic and its immune boosting properties, to the turmeric which has cancer fighting compounds and the broccoli of course which has been associated with lowering the risk of cancer (along with other cruciferous vegetables), rest assured that this dish is not only delicious but provides you with amazing health benefits.
I just love simple, quick and wholesome meals. I love to cook but there are certain times where I don’t want to take an hour to make up a masterpiece dish. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner and you can make a double portion of it for lunch leftovers the next day. It’s packed with flavor too, so you aren’t missing out when making this one. 🙂
So I just recently discovered the amazing spaghetti squash and it’s vast array of ways to be used in cooking. If you haven’t had it, I highly recommend it. You can eat it plain with a pinch of salt and pepper, or jazz it up in a million different ways.
This recipe is extremely simple, super hardy and delish. You can substitute or add so many things to it if you’re feeling fancy (like sauteed spinach or roasted cherry tomatoes).
